Instructions: Add 1 cup quinoa to 2 cups boiling water. Return to a boil and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, cooking until all water is absorbed, or until germ is fully separated. Add more water if necessary to ensure quinoa does not boil dry. Fluff with a fork, and serve.

Ingredients: Organic red quinoa, organic white quinoa, organic black quinoa.
