Directions: Add 250g of mix with 100g cold water, mix with a spatula until it has a doughy texture.  Sheet out dough to approximately 3/8 inch thick.  After sheeting rest dough for 5 to 10 minutes.  Cut out scones using a round cutter.  Bake at 400-425°F.  For added variety try raisins, cheese for powdered cheese to you mix before baking.

Ingredients:  Flour, shortening (canola and modified palm and palm kernel oils), sugars (sugar, dextrose), sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, salt monocalcium phosphate.
