At Mom’s Pantry, it’s our goal to help you connect with your community through a fundraiser that consists of delicious goodies. We’ve worked with many different groups and know that it can be overwhelming to start a fundraiser—especially for the first time. Not everyone intuitively knows how to set up a fundraiser to flow smoothly. With nearly 40 years of experience behind us, we have put together a few tips and tricks to help you get the most out of your fundraising efforts.
How Our Fundraisers Work
We’re Canada’s Fundraising Specialists for a reason. We have perfected our fundraisers to be as easy to run and straightforward as possible. Our experts have designed a simple system for you, broken down into four simple stages.
- Activate your fundraiser.
When you activate your fundraiser, you will receive an information kit, order forms and sales materials, and instructions with passwords for you to start raising money.
- Distribute and sell.
Feel free to incentivize higher sales among your team with prizes, or market online for higher engagement. Typically, we advise our programs to last around 2-3 weeks. Too short of a period and people will not find the time to order; too long of a period and people will forget all about it.
- Collect and close.
If you are using physical order forms, collect them from your patrons now. Submit your payment to us with the order forms for processing. We’ll be able to consolidate data and create a report for you!
- Receive delivery.
Your shipment will arrive within 10-14 days of submission. Once received, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Each order will be clearly packaged with a name for speedy drop-offs or pickups.
Foods in Our Fundraisers
Mom’s Pantry is filled with goodies for everyone. From muffin mix to Mexican dips, we sell it all. We offer bakery goodies in the form of over ten cookie dough and muffin batter choices, as well as croissants, chocolate croissants, and cinnamon rolls. But we do more than that: we have pizza dough and pie tarts, but also diverse goods like Mexican dip, honey dill dip, roasted red pepper dip, and more.
